HOUSE: House Interior Remodel List

Mild water damage has accelerated my plans to deal with the inside of the house so soon after remodeling the outside. I'm trying to do this with no new debt, cash only, and I'm really, really lazy, so it's taking FOREVER. These aren't necessarily in order.

bullet DEMO: Demolish remaining drywall in living room east end (former woodstove hearth).
bullet PREP: Clean couch and chair and wrap in plastic for protection.
bullet UTILITIES: Install new tankless water heater in crawlspace.
bullet UTILITIES: Install new horizontal furnace in crawlspace (if possible, otherwise have new furnace installed in new location in kitchen).
bullet PLUMBING: Hire plumber to relocate clothes washer water pipes and drain to east wall, and install plumbing for dishwasher in current refrigerator location (move fridge, duh).
bullet ELECTRIAL: Install new outlets for laundry area (and for pantry light if the furnace goes in crawlspace).
bullet DEMO: Demolish laundry closet drywall and studs.
bullet DEMO: remove old utility closet once water heater and furnace are moved.
bullet DEMO: Remove smokestack from attic and drywall around opening in living room ceiling (leave exterior chimney in place until time to redo roof).
bullet ELECTRICAL: Move electrical outlet for washer down down to floor (flush mount recepticle). Completely remove 220 dryer outlet.
bullet FLOORING: Remove and replace subflooring where damaged.
bullet BATH: replace fart fan
bullet DRYWALL: Hire Koester to install drywall in and around new laundry area, in the living room,kitchen area around furnace (or coat) closet and kitchen near new back door.
bullet FINISHING: Paint living room, kitchen and laundry area.
bullet FLOORING: Install Babmoo in living room, kitchen, hallway and as money allows, bedrooms.
bullet BATH: replace tub (deep?) and surround.
bullet BATH: install fat person toilet.
bullet BATH: replace vanity, sink and faucet (dark cherry or mahogany or black painted vanity with white top). Molded-in sink.
bullet BATH: install new mirrored medicine chest.
bullet BATH: brushed nickel light fixture
bullet BATH: Install new slate flooring.
check PREP: Empty out living room, kitchen and laundry closet.
check Move kitchen table, TV and components to computer room.
check Remove and discard living room carpet and pad.
check DEMO: Remove shelves in laundry closet, laundry closet doors.
